How It Works

Step 1: Click any of the the “Apply Now” buttons on this page. You will be redirected to a Google Form questionnaire where I will ask you brief questions about what you are looking to achieve with your remote coaching.

Step 2: You will hear back within 1 week of submitting your application.

Step 3: Once you are accepted, we will schedule a 20 minute onboarding call via Zoom so we can take a deep dive into your goals, what you’ve done in the past, & what you want out of your program. I will build your programming based on your goals.

Included in the programming

  • 20 minute onboarding call to discuss training history, experience, overall goals and anything else we need to touch on.

  • 3-5 days of programming depending on your availability and goals

  • 2 video submissions per week regarding technique adjustments

  • Monthly progress check in via zoom
