We are out-of-network with all other providers. There will be a cash pay option for those we are out of network with and can provide a superbill.

For those with Tricare we are Out-Of-Network, but operating as a Tricare approved provider. This means you can receive an itemized bill from us and submit it to Tricare for out of network reimbursement. Prior to scheduling an appointment reach out to your insurance provider regarding out of network benefits.
